Terms

By completing the registration process on the Mogreet.com website or by downloading Mogreet content to any computer, mobile phone or other electronic device, you:

  • agree to be bound by this Agreement,
  • represent that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement or are at least 13 years of age and have your parent's permission to do so and to use the Service, and
  • in the event you are not the payer of your wireless service bill, represent that you have the bill payer's permission to enter this Agreement.
Billing and Payment

Mogreets are $0.49 or $0.99 and purchased one at a time. Prices are listed on the Mogreet website and are subject to change. Msg & Data Rates May Apply. All purchases must be made by the account holder or with the account holder's permission. All Mogreet charges will appear on your mobile phone bill with the description Mogreet - Mobile Video Messaging.

In the case of an individual purchase, you may have to opt in (agree to the transaction and charge) on your mobile phone before sending the Mogreet.

Depending on their messaging plan, the recipient of your message may be subject to per-message fees or data charges from their mobile carrier.

Stopping Delivery of Mogreets To You

You may refuse delivery of any single Mogreet sent to you.

To stop receiving Mogreets, text the word stop, end, cancel, unsubscribe, or quit to 22095. You will receive a confirmation message from us. You will not receive any additional messages of that type unless you re-enable delivery at our website.

Technical and Other Limitations

Mogreet is not responsible for problems outside its control. For instance, Mogreets may not be delivered if:

  • the recipient declines delivery,
  • if their phone can not display video messages,
  • if their plan does not provide for video messaging,
  • if their phone is set to forward messages,
  • if their carrier is unable to deliver messages to them,
  • if their network connection is interrupted during message delivery, or
  • if either your or their carrier does not support video messaging.

There may be other reasons for a delivery failure as well.

To get help, email us at support@mogreet.com or call our support number at 877-261-8548. From your mobile phone, you can request our contact information at any time by texting HELP to 22095.

The sole remedy for Mogreet delivery issues is, at our discretion, the issuance of a credit for an additional Mogreet. We do not issue cash refunds and are unable to credit your mobile phone bill.

Profanity and other message limitations

Mobile carriers have extensive lists of profanity and other words that can not be transmitted over their message networks. Any such words in a message you send will be replaced by the word bunny.

Mogreet Content

Mogreets may include several seconds of Mogreet identity footage and / or several seconds of advertiser-provided content.
