To enter via the Internet, beginning 12:01 am (EST) January 20, 2010, and ends 11:59 pm (EST) February 15, 2010, visit www.MoGreet.com/nflpachance and follow the on-screen instructions to submit an online entry. Entrants will be asked to enter his or her name and mobile number to complete an entry. All online entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm (EST) February 15, 2010. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by the entrant's online service may apply. Entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the mobile device number submitted at the time of entry. If a Grand Prize Winner is selected from an Internet or other computer entry, the Grand Prize Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the mobile device associated with the winning entry.

All entries: After text or online entry, each participant will be prompted with further instructions for how to receive his or her gift and how to add up to five (5) more sweepstakes entries. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to all legal residents of the continental U.S. (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions outside of the continental United States), eighteen (18) years of age as of the time of entry Employees of Mogreet, Forty Forty, Nike, Inc., National Football League Players Association (NFLPA), and National Football League Players Incorporated (NFL PLAYERS), their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their same households (related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, agents, and retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the families of each living in the same household are also not eligible. The offer is void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The Grand Prize is a 2-day/1-night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles which includes round-trip, coach airfare from a major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence, hotel accommodations for two (2) to be determined by NFL PLAYERS, and credentialed access for two (2) to the 2010 NFL PLAYERS Rookie Premiere. Estimated retail value is $2,000.00. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. All entrants providing name and mailing address will receive a collectible gift from NFLPA. Only one (1) collectible gift per entrant regardless of the number and method of entries. Limit three (3) collectible gifts per household (mailing address).

No prize transfer. There is no prize substitution or cash equivalent except Sponsor reserves the right to award prize determined by Sponsor to be of equal value if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. Travel to and from Los Angeles must be completed between May 12, 2010 and May 19, 2010. Exact travel dates and arrangements are subject to airline and hotel availability and blackout dates and are subject to change. The Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. The Grand Prize Winner must sign and return, within ten (10) days of notification: (1) an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity (where legal), and (2) an Acknowledgement and Consent. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents (e.g., a valid photo ID, visa, passport, etc.) prior to departure. Sponsor is not responsible for and assumes no liability for cancellation or unavailability of specific flights or hotels. Airline carrier's regulations apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flier miles. Meals, all gratuities and other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and the reporting consequences thereof.

Grand Prize Winner will be notified by the mobile device number provided. Sponsor will make three (3) attempts to contact Grand Prize Winner within seven (7) days from time Grand Prize Winner is selected. If Sponsor is unable to reach Grand Prize Winner during this time frame or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, he/she will be disqualified. Noncompliance with Sweepstakes requirements or inability to travel during the designated time period will also result in disqualification of the Grand Prize Winner, and a Substitute Winner will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries.

RANDOM DRAWING:
The information connected with this Sweepstakes is being collected solely by MoGreet. The list of text and online entrants will be provided by MoGreet to Sponsor. MoGreet will select the Grand Prize Winner and Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, will fulfill all Sweepstakes prizes.
